The Open Access Committee (CAA - Comité de Acceso Abierto) is an independent advisory body tasked with evaluating the applications submitted under the Competitive Open Access (AAC) calls published by the PSA. Its function is to assess and report the evaluation results of the received access requests, in accordance with the established evaluation criteria.
